February Post….a note from my daughter; Rosemary Ball

As we leave February behind and start to get further into 2017, we can reflect on our progress.  February is a beautiful month as it gives us the opportunity to celebrate black history, and celebrate love.  I especially love this month because my birthday sits right after valentines day.  It’s such a great month to have a birthday right around the corner from the first of the year, to check in on progress and/or development.

I don’t think I’m alone in saying that we all can relate to wanting a new beginning a new start.  It feels like an opportunity to repair and rebuild ourselves.  I know for me I try to give myself a new beginning each an every day, allowing myself to fix maybe even the tiniest flaws from the day before.  Right now I am working on create routines that are built around my goals.  Routine helps us to program ourselves into developing habits that can benefit us and release us from those things we may want to rid ourselves of.

The journey into all that you deserve is just beginning!  Start now!**
